Joining Karopreps is a straightforward process

Visit us, see the classrooms, bring your documents, and we’ll place your child in the right class, from Baby Class to Primary Seven.

The process

Four steps to a confirmed place

    Visit or call the office

    Call one of the numbers below, or come to our office on Kampala Road, Mutungo Zone III, to check space in your child's class.

    Tour the school

    We encourage parents to walk through the classrooms and meet the teacher before committing. Book a time with the office.

  3. 3

    Submit requirements

    Bring the documents listed below along with a completed application form, available at the office.

  4. 4

    Confirm the place

    Once documents are reviewed, clear the first-term commitment fee to secure your child's desk.

  • Copy of the child's birth certificate
  • Passport-size photos (4 copies)
  • Immunisation card (for Pre-Primary applicants)
  • Report card / transfer letter from the previous school (for transfers)
  • Parent/guardian national ID or passport

Admissions FAQ

What age does Baby Class accept?

Children joining Baby Class are typically around 2–3 years old. Speak to the office for an assessment if you are unsure which class fits your child.

Do you accept transfer pupils mid-year?

Yes, subject to space in the specific class and a short placement check to confirm the right level.

Is transport provided?

Yes. The Karopreps school van runs set routes across Kampala. Ask the office whether your area is covered.

Are meals provided at school?

Yes, nutritious meals are served on site daily as part of the school programme.
